On Monday, March 5, 2007 the Chefs and Cooks of Montana held their annual Chef of the Year Banquet at The Granary where Chef Alan Sparboe prepared a sumptuous dinner with wine, reaffirming his position as an outstanding chef in our area. The height of the affair was Mike Sammartino chosen by the members as the Chef of the Year. More than 90 guests were delighted by the gustatory feast.
